In that time, she has developed volunteer engagement strategies, created impact reports for Boards, assessed and improved programs against sector compliance standards and the National Standards for Involving Volunteers, built tools to strengthen recruitment, and designed and delivered training programs for volunteer managers and the people who volunteer with them.
