The Challenge

IHC New Zealand, the largest provider of services to people with intellectual disabilities in New Zealand, faced mounting challenges in managing their volunteer programs. Established in 2006, the volunteer program required a system that could handle the increasing number of volunteers while ensuring data security, reducing administrative work, and improving communication and data accuracy.
