Official Rules — VMHC '26 Catering Credit Giveaway

This Giveaway is sponsored by Better Impact Inc.

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who:

• Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry;
• Register as an official 2026 Volunteer Management Hybrid Conference (VMHC) Host Site during the Promotion Period; and
• Meet all eligibility requirements described in these Official Rules.

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Better Impact Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and members of the same household are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins on July 20, 2026, at 11:59 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on August 21, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time ("Promotion Period").

Entries received outside the Promotion Period are not eligible.

How to Enter

You may enter the Giveaway during the Promotion Period using one of the following methods:

1. Host Site Registration

Register as an official 2026 Volunteer Management Hybrid Conference Host Site during the Promotion Period.

The first fifty (50) eligible Host Sites to complete registration will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway.

2. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without registering as a Host Site, hand-print your:

• Full name
• Mailing address
• Email address
• Telephone number

on a 3" × 5" card and mail it in a first-class, postage-paid envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 21, 2026, and received within seven (7) business days after the Promotion Period ends.

Limit one (1) entry per person or organization regardless of entry method. Automated, bulk, or duplicate entries are void.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $150 USD catering credit to be used toward food served during their 2026 Volunteer Management Hybrid Conference Host Site event.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $150 USD.

The prize:

• Is non-transferable.
• Has no cash value.
• May not be redeemed for cash.
• May not be substituted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
• Must be used for catering or food associated with the recipient's official 2026 VMHC Host Site event.

Additional redemption instructions will be provided to the winner.

Winner Selection & Notification

On or about August 24, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries.

The potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within five (5) business days of notification.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, fails to respond within the required timeframe, or declines the prize, Better Impact reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.

General Conditions

Better Impact reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Better Impact Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, directors, and agents from any claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.

Governing Law

These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and in accordance with Better Impact's Privacy Policy.
