We’re replacing our former ticketing system with something more interactive and more conversational; the way we think great help ought to be.
Our software manual articles are staying just the way they are but, if you can’t find the answer to your question in the help section, click the ? in the green circle back in the software in the bottom right corner of every page and, from there, you’ll be able to begin a conversation with the Better Impact team. It’s not always a chat that begins within a minute or two, but we will reply back to help you as soon as we can. You’ll see our reply in the same chat window (if we happen to be available right away) and by email.
Soon we’ll be removing this button from all the help articles but we’re leaving it here for now to give people a chance to get used to the new system.
