Across Individual Accounts

Schedule Status

  1. Go to: VI Accounts >> Schedule Status
  2. In the “Volunteer Impact Accounts” section, select the desired accounts to include in the schedule status display. If you have created Regions, your accounts will be displayed within their respective region. You can select individual accounts, some/all accounts in a region or all accounts in your enterprise.
  3. Hover over the desired date square to see the status of all scheduled activity assignments on that day for all selected accounts. From here, you can click on the “Details” link to open a window that displays the information with one row for each accounts that has scheduled activities running on that day.
