- Go to the My Profile Menu (the green profile icon at the top right), then click “Open New Tab”
- This will open a new tab (in your current browser) that is initially a duplicate of the tab you were in. From there, you can then navigate to another menu option within the same administrative session. This means that you can easily work within multiple menu options in the same administrative session.
IMPORTANT: Within the same browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.), you cannot log on using a different username or switch to a different account (if you have access to multiple organizations). Also, you cannot switch to the Volunteer/User View as that would also end your administrative session.
