Qualifications - Approve / Reject Entries by Volunteers

If you have set up Qualification permissions so that they require approval, you can approve or reject entries made by volunteers.

Approve / Reject (One Entry)

  1. Go to: People >> Custom Fields and Qualifications >> Approve Qualifications
  2. Hover over the options icon beside the entry
  3. Click on “Approve” or “Reject”

Alternatively:

  1. Type the volunteer’s name in the Quick Search bar near the top of the screen on the right side.
  2. Click on the volunteer’s name from the list that appears
  3. While in the “Main” tab, click on the “Qualifications” sub-tab (in the second row of tabs)
  4. Click the green [Approve] or [Reject] button

Approve / Reject (Multiple Entries)

  1. Go to: People >> Custom Fields and Qualifications >> Approve Qualifications
  2. Check the box beside each entry you would like to approve or reject
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select the desired value (“Approve Selected”, “Reject Selected”) from the “Change Selected” drop-down list
