View

The “Manage Feedback Fields” page displays the names of your Feedback Fields along with their type, active status, and whether or not a value is required. For numeric fields, you’ll also see whether or not the recorded feedback data is displayed on your dashboard.

  1. Go to: Configuration >> Feedback Fields
  2. Hover over the options icon beside the Feedback Field
  3. Click on “View”
  4. Click the [Close] button

TIP:

Feedback Fields will be displayed alphabetically (by the name displayed to volunteers) when volunteers log their hours for an Activity that uses the Feedback Fields. If you need to display them in a specific order, consider prefixing them with a number or letter (e.g. 1,2,3 or a,b,c).

Edit

  1. Go to: Configuration >> Feedback Fields
  2. Hover over the options icon beside the Feedback Field
  3. Click on “Edit”
  4. Make any changes necessary
  5. Click the [Save] button

Note

You cannot change the type (number, short text, long text, drop down) of the Feedback Field.

Bulk Actions: Active Status, Display on Dashboard

  1. Go to: Configuration >> Feedback Fields
  2. Select one of more Feedback Fields by checking the box beside them
  3. From the “Choose Bulk Action” drop list at the bottom of the list, select the desired option:
    • Set to Active
    • Set to Inactive
    • Set to Display
    • Set to Not Display
  4. Click on the appropriate button to make the change

Delete

  1. Go to: Configuration >> Feedback Fields
  2. Hover over the options icon beside the Feedback Field
  3. Click on “Delete”

Note

You cannot delete a Feedback Field that is associated with hours log entries. Instead, you can change its status to Inactive, if desired.
